Practical walkthroughs that chain the tools together in the order that actually works.
Validate an idea before you build it
15 minutes
The cheapest mistake to avoid is building something nobody wants. Run this before writing a line of code.
- 1Fill in your Startup Profile with a one-line description of the idea and who it is for.
- 2Run the Idea Validator. Read the low scores first — those are the parts of your plan that need work.
- 3Run Competitor Analysis. If you find nobody, that is usually a warning, not an opening.
- 4Generate Personas and check whether the pain described is severe enough that someone would pay to remove it.
- 5Decide honestly: proceed, narrow the segment, or change the idea. Narrowing is the most common right answer.
Go from validated idea to a buildable spec
30 minutes
Turn research into a document a developer — human or AI — can actually build from.
- 1Generate a PRD. It inherits your validation and research automatically.
- 2Cut it down. First versions are always too big; keep only what proves the core assumption.
- 3Run Tech Architecture to choose a stack and map the system before committing.
- 4Generate a Roadmap, then use Sprint Planner to break the first slice into scoped work.
- 5Save the PRD and roadmap to your workspace so later tools reference the same plan.
Plan a launch that is not just a Product Hunt post
25 minutes
Launches fail quietly when the audience was never assembled beforehand.
- 1Run Brand Identity first — positioning decides what every piece of content says.
- 2Generate a Launch Strategy and note that the real work starts weeks before launch day.
- 3Use Content Generator for landing copy aimed at the persona you defined, not a general audience.
- 4Run SEO Generator for content that keeps bringing traffic after launch week ends.
- 5Set up Email Campaigns so the people who arrive on launch day have somewhere to go next.
Prepare for an investor conversation
20 minutes
Build the narrative and the numbers together, so they agree with each other.
- 1Run Business Model to get unit economics that hold up to questioning.
- 2Generate a Pitch Deck — it pulls from your research rather than inventing a market.
- 3Pressure-test the weakest slide by asking the AI CoFounder chat to argue against your business.
- 4Track outreach in Investor CRM so follow-ups do not slip.
- 5Verify every number yourself before it goes in front of an investor.
